Paralegal

Onika is a housing law specialist having worked in this area prior to joining Foster and Foster solicitors in 2023.  She regularly conducts works across all areas of housing law including possession proceedings, disrepair, homelessness, allocations, landlord and tenant, judicial review and appeals.  Onika has advised and assisted both legally aided, private clients and landlords.  Onika’s knowledge of housing law enables her to provide practical advice and innovative solutions in complex cases.         

Onika’s experience in housing law began when she was employed by Hackney Community Law Centre.  She gained experience in advising and assisting vulnerable client in housing law and advocating for client at Tribunals.  She then joined a local firm of solicitors where she conducted work in housing law, family law, conveyancing, wills and probate.
