Legal aid is not always free and we have to assess everyone's income and capital, if you receive benefits such as Income Support, Employment Support Allowance, Guaranteed State Pension, and Universal Credit you are most likely to be eligible for assistance subject to the financial eligibility tests we will carry out for you.

Fixed fees

 

We offer a fixed fee service on a variety of standardised procedures, such as service of possession notices and issuing claims for possession or just some initial advice that may be needed.

 

Conditional Fee Agreements

These are commonly known as “no win, no fee” agreements and our costs are only recovered in the event of the client’s claim succeeding.
